Delivery Information
At PB TwentyFive we will ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. At the checkout you can choose from the delivery options listed below:
Delivery options (All deliveries require a signature)
Free delivery on all orders over £50
Royal Mail deliveries require a signature and if you're not going to be in then you may need to collect your parcel from the local delivery office - please click the link to find your nearest office - http://www.royalmail.com/delivery-and-collection-office-finder
Should you have any problems with your order please notify us by email: hello@pbtwentyfive.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.
We use 100% recycled packaging for all orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from PB TwentyFive. As your product is classified as a cosmetic product and is licensed under EU Legislation (EU No.1223/2009), returns and exchanges are not always possible if the product has been opened. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage and refunds will be made for the cost of the goods and the cost of postage for the order will not be refunded.
Please note if your product is unused and the seal has not been broken, and you wish to return it to us, we can offer you full refund or exchange, if you notify us within 7 days.
If you've been sent an incorrect order, or the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will be more than happy to replace the product, or exchange it.
